CEHS uses this list to send out periodic updates and changes to procedures. The list is maintained as a "private" list so there is no worry of anyone outside CEHS receiving your e-mail address.

The Laboratory and Hazardous Waste Section handles the management and disposal of all biological materials used in teaching, research and service for SIU Carbondale. We act on directives from both Institutional Biosafety Committee concerned with academic research activities involving biological materials and Biological Oversight Advisory Committee acting as general biological oversight for the campus.
