Are you interested in receiving periodic information about chemical management changes at SIU Carbondale? If so, and you are a current faculty, staff or student at SIU Carbondale, send a message to listserv@siu.edu with the following command in the body of your message: subscribe CHEMNEWS-L FirstName LastName. CEHS uses this list to send out periodic updates and changes to procedures.   The list is maintained as a "private" list so there is no worry of anyone outside CEHS receiving your e-mail address.

The Laboratory and Hazardous Waste Section is responsible for assisting in the proper handling, storage, labeling and use of all chemicals at SIUC. This section also ensures proper collection and ultimate disposal of all chemical and special waste generated.
