Neal Young is the fourteenth person to receive an Environmental Ambassador award. Neal is a junior in Social Studies Education from Petersburg. He was the Presiden of the SIUC Undergraduate Student Government for 2003 - 2004. He is seen in this photograph posing briefly during a litter cleanup in Carbondale.
