SECTION 3: ANNUAL AND PERIODIC REVIEW This Occupational Exposure Control Plan shall be reviewed and updated at least annually by the Biohazards Oversight and Advisory Committee and whenever necessary to reflect new or modified tasks and procedures that affect occupational exposure and to reflect new or revised employee positions with occupational exposure. A copy of this plan will be made accessible to personnel who may be at risk, as defined in Section 1, Tables 1, 2 and 3.
